These Terms of Service govern use of the pHresh online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or act with the authorization of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Products, prices and orders

Product details, availability and prices may change. The price, applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order are presented at checkout. Images are illustrative, and display colors may vary. We may correct errors and contact you if an error affects your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailability, a material listing error, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount paid for the canceled items and applicable associated charges will be refunded.

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You authorize the charge shown when you submit your order. Delivery is subject to our Shipping policy. Please review your address before ordering and contact us promptly about any issue.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact phreshsocial@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue. See our Return and refund policy.

Follow the product label and directions. Site content is general product information, not individualized medical advice. Intellectual property and third-party links

The store's branding, text, images and other content belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law. Links to third-party services do not make us responsible for their content or policies.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. This does not exclude liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy, changes and contact

Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
