Shipping availability and charges

Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact phreshsocial@gmail.com before placing an order. Any taxes shown at checkout are separate from shipping charges.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times can vary with product availability, order volume, destination and carrier conditions. Any delivery estimate shown with your order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated. An order confirmation confirms receipt of your order; it is not a shipping confirmation.

Your delivery details

Please check your address and contact information before submitting your order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Tracking, delays and delivery problems

When tracking is available, shipping updates will include the tracking details. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, email phreshsocial@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos where helpful, and retain the packaging while we review the problem. We will work with you and the carrier or fulfillment provider as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
